Measuring success, successfully
Join us on September 16 for the inside track on measurement at our roundtable event hosted by CMA's Not-for-Profit Council.
You've got big ideas, a small budget and even bigger expectations from your donors. How do you measure the results that matter most?
Not-for-profit organizations are under intense scrutiny to demonstrate ROI – and donors want assurances their dollars are used wisely. At this forum, panelists will discuss how to select, manage, execute and measure fundraising campaign activities – with a standard set of measurement practices.
Attend this session and you will learn:
- To measure what matters most… to the people who matter
- Industry best practices on measurement
- How to identify the most important metrics
- To tighten the measuring tape – focus on measuring the right things, not everything
Brush-up on measuring old standards like direct mail and telemarketing and get more familiar with the digital and face-to-face measurement practices.
This event includes the release of CMA's brand new Fundraisers Handbook (third edition) – produced by CMA's Not-for-Profit Council.
The Handbook is central to the presentations that will take place - a complimentary copy of the book is included with your registration.
